I Know Missouri
Criminal Defense And Gun Law
I am Kevin Jamison, a criminal defense lawyer practicing in the Greater Kansas City area since 1983. I’ve pulled people’s lives out of the fire who faced serious prison time for drug crimes, assault, sex offenses and other felonies. I’ve spared people from license suspension, jail and other consequences of DWI and traffic tickets. And I help people take advantage of expungement to clear their old criminal records.
I am recognized statewide as an authority on Missouri weapons and self-defense law — I literally wrote the book on this subject. Occasionally even sheriffs and judges have asked my opinion. I have defended people facing serious felony charges for using guns to protect hearth and home.
Let’s Get Your
Letting go of anger and betrayal is easier said than done. But my no-nonsense approach to divorce and family law is to focus on the future and the things you can control. The law is clear about dividing property and sharing child custody, so there is little to gain from a legal battle.
I can protect your parental rights and financial interests in court if push comes to shove, but I prefer to problem-solve property division and parenting arrangements so you can turn the page to the next chapter of your life.
You Work Directly With Me
I personally manage every facet of your case. You are tapping into four decades of knowledge and a reputation for results. I don’t sugarcoat things, but I do aim to put you at ease. However dire your situation may seem, I can help make it better.
Kevin L. Jamison
A large part of my law practice consists of informing clients about what they need to know for their legal issues. I have years of experience educating juries and media sources, and put my knowledge to good use. I seek and find suitable solutions for clients in criminal law, family matters, immigration law and related legal issues. I target and customize the information that I provide to each client for their particular need.
